Hello, I fell like a newbie in the game, I don't know a lot of things, and that question is one example..... depends upon your PM level? You need a special item or something?

Buy the 'Open Shop' item from one of the stores in Clyez City on Guardian's Colony. Can't remember the name of the store but I think it's on the 3rd floor, middle right, centre of the 3 NPCs.

It costs 15000 Meseta.

Yup, its the room decorations store. You buy the shop open ticket for 15k, and you can close the shop with the sho close ticket for 1k (for whatever reason that is!)

you gotta buy the open shop thing from the room decorations on floor 2 i believe it is on
