(No. 033) Network Connection Error - HELP!!!

I've been playing for a week now, and suddenly can't get PSU to work on or off line. I get the screen to input username and password, and when i press enter it comes back with

(No. 033)
Network Connection Error
No Response From DNS Server
Please check network settings and try again

I can get to any website as normal, but PSU just don't want to play. Can anyone help please, or is anyone else having the same problem. I'm running the PC version. Even tried wiping PC and reinstalling with just XP and PSU, but still no joy.

Hi there,

Thanks for your mail.

If you are currently receiving an Error 33 message, please ensure that "Do not
save game data on server" is checked within the game's Options menu. This should
allow you to logon to the PSU servers.

SEGA is aware of this issue and we are working to resolve it. In the meantime,
please continue to use this workaround.
