It isn't alowed, it means he has access to trainers that are forbiden.
Report it to a GM with the GC# and the proof (chatlog,pics,movies)

I do have a tool for that and if that person has the same tool as me then he can do a hell lot more then to see equips

I've been using a tool called PsobbViewToolV2.1 which can see kill counts of Limiters and gear which take kills to unlock just to keep track of unlocking stuff and to make sure I don't trade for some unlocked gear with 0 kills (which I've seen before). I don't think it could see other equipment the player had on, though. I got it from a link in the Sch trade forums. That better be legal or I'll feel really bad. -__-
