if you have the japanese import of ep3 please reply. im about to get a japanese HL but its illegal. i was wondering if sega does any searches or verification of adresses, phone numbers etc.

decswxaqz has made a very nice guide on this, but I doubt what you are doing is illlegal, especially if a guide on how to do it is on a website veiwable by anyone. You can find it here
