the additional part there making is the hard drive for the gamecube and i think metroid prime 2 and legend of zelda are gonna be the biggest hits ever to come out. and as far as i kno they arent making wind waker 2 yet. I just cant wait for the harddrive. but this summer and next year im ma get a job save up 1000 dollars and buy the nintendo ds, metroid prime 2, star fox armada, custom robo, and the new zelda well there goes 600 dollars lol.and the hard drive to another 100 lol. that geist game also looks pretty good ill also get that. lol.

I like the look of Advance Wars in 3d. But I think the best place for it was turn based and on GBA. The cartoony graphics were cool.

Same here, it just didn't seem the same without the planning. Maybe you get to do a bit of planning but it wasn't in the video. I hope.

I wonder if this one with have the map editor in it, that'd be good.

A bit more E3 news for junkies out there!

Mario Tennis Online?

Rumours have become HUGE from today since it appeared on the Nintendo of Europe website. I personally can't find the page (Maybe they've just got a useless search engine!) but apparently on the games preview page added not so long ago, under the specifications it mentioned that it included Online play using Broadband Adapters, and nothing about LAN......
[EDIT] It seems while i was looking on their system, Nintendo of Europe removed the games page because of the 'mistake'. According to NoE, there won't be online support for Mario Tennis 2. Shame....or is there something unvieled that wasn't supposed to have been.... Wink

Iwata, not Miyamoto!

Miyamoto is probabily more dependant o the games side of things now and being overworked by Nintendo. Being the key to Nintendo 3rd Party Publisher Relations (Which we all know have gone WAY downhill), Satoru Iwata has now been signed to take over the helm, maybe because he has more time to concentrate on whats probabily the one thing Ninty's doing wrong while Miyamoto has more time to work on perfecting those other things we love....whats the word....games?
Is this the key to Nintendo's great comeback during the release of the Nintendo DS, and possibly 'N5' and 'GBA 2'? We can only hope!

Rare gone, but not forgotten

Ken Lobb, of Microsoft (Former Rare), has revealed they have been handed the development kits of the Nintendo DS, and have announced they'll be releasing at least 2 games on the new handheld. What games? Don't ask me! Hush hush Wink
Also they are to release former THQ development game 'Mr. Pant's' on GBA. Haha, wotta cool name! ^_^

and now for something completely different...
Trailers!
Being the lazy and strangely overworked forum wonder i am (Dont laugh!), i've instead found a nicely compiled list of trailer links from another website. I'll just post that one link here! I personally have downloaded many trailers, for such games a Geist, Killer 7, Resident Evil 4, The Legend of Zelda, Starfox 2: Armada, Mario Tennis, and all the Nintendo DS games. It may have taken me a few days for just those on their own because of my seriously slow connection, but hey was it worth it, you wont know what your missing if you dont download these! They are looking on serious top form, how can the Gamecube possibly be called down and out?!

To see the list, Click Here to go to the Cubed-3.co.uk links article/page.
Another way to download plenty more links if they're not there is to visit GameTrailers.com. The ultimate list of new trailers, almost the second they get released!!

Regarding Mario Tennis and online play, well Nintendo online as a whole. It is going to happen, I can tell you that much. Expect an announcement towards the end of the year.

Anyway, if you go here (User namer - golin Password - harris) you'll see that Mario Tennis uses the Broadband adaptor. I'm sure you can guess why.

Anyway, Nintendo are finally moving into the online arena, it'll most likely be wirelessly, much like the DS. Using the Nintendo Gamecube and Revolution as a central hub for the connection.
