Exactly. It's common sence really. If you want to be good at something, you have to do research or ask around if you want to be good at something.

This guy even had a bkb, yet knew nothing about the lavis series. I find it very hard to believe he could call himself legit.

Yeah, That is true, most of my research led me to know how to make most of my weapons, along with ones I dont even have the components of, yeah, most legits do do research, or ask around, especially when they find a rare component, no use having it and not knowing its function.
