I'm gonna try to make a new Role Play, that takes place when swords are in rule of europe, and a band of fighters goes up aginst a plaguing band of Weyr Wolves.

Sure man. an Rp is a like a game of D&D. You make up characters, and then the person who started the thread *me* leads you on and adventure. It's what most other forums do as like a forum wide game, and since I'm all for fourm unity
I like to play and make Rp's.

well, you tell your actions like you're telling a story example:
Vahn drew(draws) the blade, and turned(s) it towards the cheif elder.
and the speech format is up to you.
