Ultra Rare Mags

Just how does someone go about getting the rare mags?
(Churrell, Soniti, Preta and Pitra) or the ULTRA rare mags..
(RoboChao, Pian, OpaOpa..) I'm hoping you don't have to go online for them...

rare mags are either mags with the 4th rare evolution, mags with mag cell, or mags that are already rare

many ep1&2 (rare) mags are with mag cells online during events, like the sait rappy or haloween rappy for example

the 4th rare evolution is done after some requirements in the lvl 100

don't know if there's mag cells offline, in ver.2 there are some

at lv 100 2stats must b added up 2 equal 50 and the other 2 2 equal 50
