No, there is always a small chance. The chance increases when you get more cards. (01-10 cards: 1.06%).

It would be wise to drop this now mastersword. As I have already said, it is very unlikely to get S/SS ranks at low card levels, but it is possible.

Everything is possible but this is like a 1 in a billion thing. At lvl 1 you would need to have had the luck to obtain 10 R3 cards then have a successful transformation of the card which has fairly low odds in itself all before you level. IT'S NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN even if it is possible.

I don't think you really understand the figures I gave you there. The chance for a card to transform is the same if you have 1 card as it is for 10. Then when you have 11, your chance increases a little. Your first R3 card could transform into an S rank.

Not everything is possible.
The chance of this happening is much smaller than 1 in a billion. If you disagree, then please do the math yourself and post your results.

A very bad player could easily stay at clv1 if they lost a lot of their games on /B ships and would probably get an S rank at some point.

We know the chance is incredibly small. We know that it is likely to never happen for most people, but as both myself and now you have admitted:

I notice you have neglected the fact that you can get S rank cards without a transformation, which like I keep saying is incredibly unlikely, but possible.
