Most weapons can be found offline as well as online. Exceptions are the Tower Quest rare drops unless you have PSO+, and the other exceptions are the obvious S-Rank weapons and the Holiday Quest items.

Androids are the only ones who can use the S.eater well, as they gain health as fast as it goes.
