I've taken the stats from the official (I think) guide book in Japan and put them into a Excel spreadsheet for you. These are on the left of the spreadsheet and are the (supposed) best way of maxing stats.
However, for some reason, some of the stats they use actually go over the maximum stats. So on the right/middle of the page I have amended them so that you don't go over the maximum limit.
Also, I have included Junon's version of maxing stats for the Fomar (if you want me to remove it Junon just ask).
The good thing about it is that you can change the stats yourself and tinker with your own character. you can also keep track of the number of materials you have used. Just have a go and you should get the hang of it.
Just a note, don't go changing the max stats or lvl 200 stats. Just change the mag and material columns. Different classes are on different tabs.
