Kefka I think, usually plays with those of PSOWorld. Being a power poster there, and here as well, he's probably everywhere. Though I imagine he plays with the "PSOW Vets" like RicoRoyale,Nabi,Shuri,Frink ect. ect.

Yes I saw Kefka on quite recently actually. No need to worry, just drop Kefka a PM to find out when to play.

I see Kefka online almost everyday. But it's not like he's around alphard as much. ^_^;
