I have a passion for drawing, but I tend to compare myself to other people (especially one of my close friends who is a prodigy) and get frustrated. This summer I got excited to take art classes in college, but with my current major, it is just not possible to take them. Any advise? Also, if there are any good websites that have examples or tutorials of portraiture or people in poses (real people, anime style, or etc.) please give me the addres.

Thanks! I am familiar with Polykarbon, but the others are new.

I wish you the best of luck!
Anyway, I'm like that too. I really like drawing and I want to get good at it, but I'm always so disappointed with it since it doesn't even compare to professional ones, which is a stupid thing to do really. I guess it's a pretty big problem since I'm doing an art GCSE next year...

Unfortunately, my sound is all echoey, but I get the idea anyway. I really should practice some more...
P.S. I saw the werewolves - they rock.
