People will be banned when they have broken forum rules.
People will be banned (if in PMs) if it can be proven (by looking at the PMs in the DB) that they have been flaming more than normal.

Please let it be known that there will be no 'campaign' to get these people banned. Unless they have done one of the above, they won't be banned.

If you have a problem with these users, then block them. Ignore them on Edit Options-> Buddy/Ignore Lists.

Now you said you wanted this thread locked?

Rules or not, they wronged certain people I hold dear. If I must get them out of the rules, so be it.
