Is it still possible in blue burst to get the hamburger and dreamcast and choa mags etc? I know you could get them in pso v2 i wasnt sure about BB though?

I'm not sure about in regular Blue Burst if its possible, but it is possible through the Episode IV Expansion Pack. You are able to find them at particular seasons in the year!

Aparently so yes. The seasons i guess will be updated by Sonic Team or automatically by their servers time, since there is no offline game.
