you get them during special events, from the special rappys, there are also quests (sometimes) that go up during the events that you can get the mag cells in (well you get the box thing and then you open it has a mag cell in it, unless its an easter egg which I dont think contains mag cells. could be wrong about that though)

That really doesn't help alot. It's still alittle too vague. I'm told you can get a MK3 mag on CDFS but how exactly do you get it?
EDIT= Sorry, I saw the guide but i'm still confused about the MK3.

Remember that what you "hear" is false 99% of the time.
You cannot find mag cells offline.
