I've just got past the Mines boss on hard and i've got to the bit where there are 3 messages from Rico and... a door! I've no idea how to open it! Please help me Sad

Theres a total of 3 seals which you need to click to unlock ruins.
The first one is in Forest 2, the seccond in Caves 2 and the third in Mines 2. Just click them all and then you should be able to get into the ruins.
