Level needed, common red weaponry

What level should I be to find red weaponry (Pallasch, Cutter, Edge)?

EDIT: Should have said finding red weaponry in the weapons store.

Level? do you mean area? they first drop in Hard Ruins 3/Seabed Lower Levels.

Depending on your ID, you will find Pallasch, Railgun and the one of your ID (when applicable).

Then they become more common (and for all weapon types) from Mine 2/Seaside Area in Very Hard.

Ah, so if I was a Redria I would find Slicers in shop, if I was a Purplenum I would find Mechs more often? and I thought what you find in stores varies depending on your level... I just got a Magic Rock "Iritista" and want to get a Cutter with atleast 40 hit. Could I get a Cutter from SoaB as a prize?

EDIT: I piped many times, and obtaine done with %50 hit, my HUcast was level 88 and could get two Cutters at a time in the store.

Lv matters for items available in shop, but difficulty, too, you need to be Lv 121 and in Ultimate to buy red weaponry (not 100% sure, but if I'm off it's by a few levels).

*ahem* Listen carefully. The red weaponry she's referring to is the fourth power level of STANDARD weaponry. She is not mentioning the red series special weapons. So this is stuff like a standard Palasch and Railgun, stuff like that. In order of power the colours go, green, blue, purple, red, and yellow. She means the red ones. Is it clear now?
