I found a frozen shooter and its pretty cool, but i want a Snow queen...
How can I get one? do I have to merge it or something? :|
I dont know...
so plz help me?

grind it to the max and use a photon booster

SQ cannot combo, thus, it's very bad offline, however better online. I still think the FS is better regardless.

It's not online bound.
If you have a friend that has online then ask him to get a photon booster en trade it with him
