its just that i found around 4 boomas arms a goboomas arm and a left arm of a delsaber all using beserk. im hunting hildebears on hard and very hard

Berserk has no effect on the drop rate.

Yes, pure coincidence. But the reason you can't find is probobly because you're doing hard. Hildebears head can only be found on V Hard ep 1. The section IDs that can find Hildebears head are Viridia, Greenil, Bluefull, Purplenum, Pinkal, Oran and Whitill. And drop rate is 1/44.

no, it means there is a chance 1 on 44 (~2%) that it drops

hildeblue is the rare!

Both of them still drop their own head. Hildeblue is just a more powerful cane. Oh yeah...you can have them turned into canes.
