It's a rifle with Rifle range. It's special freezes enemies 100 percent of the time, and it's good for crowd control...

No, because, I don't play PSO anymore. It took me forever to get one, and because mine has 30% hit on it, and I don't have online...

So again in summary,....No.

But you should invest in hunting some S-Beat's Blades. Those are fairly good wepons that I used on my RAcaseal.
