im a bluefull in pso 1&2 can i have every rare weapon?

well it depends

id affects nromal drops, rare drops later on, mag type.......

bluefull has some unique drops and some more common rare drops, at the same time any other id can have different unique drops and the same weapon for blufull may be more common in other id.

also can you bank hold all the items?

you can trade online with other chars that have other id, or make a new char with a different id.

if your id would find every weapon, everyone would chose that one.......

They can't 'choose' an ID as such. You'd need to use a name which creates said ID. What you could do is get all IDs and make a written or typed list of the rares you find.
