You can't create tournaments.
You can create your own games with your own rules. But you can't create your own tournament that appears on the tournament list. And apart from meseta (to buy cards (online only) and listen to the jukebox), you don't win anything special.... oh you get a slightly higher rank that everyone seems to want. But you can get a really high rank from just playing against COM all the time
