Hey, all. Have any of you seen this anime? It's a 26 episode romantic-comedy-type anime that covers 7.5 of the mangas. There are almost 20 mangas in Japanese and only 8 translated into English (that sucks for me cuz I don't know Japanese). I normally don't like the romantic stuff, but it has a really deep story line and is very funny on many occasions. I would suggest it to all who like anime.

yes its funny, its about Japanese high school sophomores and their lives. The main character Miyazawa is obsessed with being the best (she calls herself the queen of vainity lol) but then this boy named Arima transfers into her class and effortlessly takes over the 1st place position of smartest in the class. Thats only the first episode, everything else is the funnyness that ensues.

Well, I was kinda hoping people would ASK what its like so I could keep the thread going, but whatever. Anyway, I hope I get the rest of the mangas I'm waiting for tomorrow. They've been on backorder for two weeks...

Well, whateva. I still think it's one of the best anime series I've ever seen. And I've only been able to watch the whole thing through twice. Come to think of it, my favorite anime series, X, I've only seen once. Lionheart, GIVE ME X!!!!

meh, i might....someday...after graduation...ok never. Lol yes i will probably give it to you, but after you watch rayearth which is gonna be like forever from (maybe even after graduation).

I just wish I knew how to read kanji, because the last 3 or 4 episodes are full of it. Full of kanji, I mean.

what in His and Hers? Yeah well dont worry because in most manga, thats just sound effects, nothin important.

The people who made Kare Kano ran out of money, so the last few episodes have barely any animation, it's all single pictures with kanji all over them. A lot of important stuff is said, but you can't read it.
