To play PSO on the xbox offline you only need a xbox live account. To play it online you have to pay an additional £5.95 per month ( first 2 months are free )
Hunter - RUN DMC - lvl 109
Ranger - Jam Master J - lvl 50
Force - Heaven Fire - 23

Jays like king Midus as i was told everything that he touched turned to gold. His name is Jay to hear him play will make you say GOD DAMN that DJ made my day ! R.I.P Jam Master JAY

Nah the xbox version is better though because you can talk. its saves you stopping in the middle of a boss to type 'anyone got a monomate?' and your dead before you finish it.

Whats wrong with having to have an xbox live tag? Its £30 big deal i suppose that xbox live has no use except for pso :S
With gamecube you need a broadband adapter and keyboard to go online thats £50. Also the xbox has updates and over 150 games with live. The GC has 2 games that use its online capabilities. Also if someone has got an xbox most people use live at some point the account does have to be running if your not playing online.

I have both versions and overall the cost isnt that much different for online play and for offline you only need a tag they come free with sum games.
Sorry for the rant but think about the differences in the verisons and the real cost before starting a console flame war.
P.S. This isnt meant to be a flame lol
