what should I buy PSO3 new for 45 euro or second hand for 25 euro I am so confused :S

Considering the Hunters License is interchangable with Eps 1 & 2, I would save yourself some money and buy the second hand one

If you have a HL with EPIII, then the second hand one, however, if you don't get the new one (as long as you want to get online)
