ok ivan srry to disapoint u. But i just got gods hand. And the way to make it is get a blue mineral at caves 3, like u need the other materials like that minwote whatever its called and dragon fang. u have to be on ultimate to also get it. u do not need a sword or anything like that. just the minerals, the guy will say something like this *thats a rare mineral, blah blah blah*, depends what u choose. If u choose blade u get godhand, if u choose the ranger weapon u get supressed gun, if u choose the force one u get technical crozier. hehe now i gotta get 1 more god hand and gun for my friend.

God hands can be made by doing the quest "Soul of a blacksmith" and finding him the mineral. Give him a sword and he will make you God Hands. (Strongest Knuckle weapon in the game that I know of)
You don't need a sword as DARKMATTER pointed out. You just give him the blue material and tell him if you want a sword, gun or cane. Sword gives you the God Hands. Gun gives you the Suppressed Gun and Cane gives you the Technical Crozier (as pointed out before).
Also: Skyly has a 1/46 Drop Rate for the God Hands when fighting the Gal Griffon on Ultimate.
