They're a frame for androids only. I've never used it, as my HUcast is nowhere near level 81 yet, but it seems to have decent stats...

But if you pipe/search for the combo, you have a Handgun more powerful than the Justy in your hands, and you get the boosts for the armour I think as well.

where do you find D-parts? are S-parts any good?
My char should be able to use them scince he is level 90 right?
