And in case you didn't notice, PSO world always puts the drop ID's on the items in their database and on the Gene there is no drop chart. Meaning that it is in the game, but has a 0% drop ratio, just as Kefka has said a dozen times in the past.

Izurei - Level 50 Cast, Rank 10 Ranger/Rank 3 Force (Future Guntecher) - Universe 2 or 15
