I would love to see a PSO portable. I'm getting back into the GCN version of PSO in the next few days and that news just made me all excited. I mean to have something as good as PSO on the DS would just kill the PSP for sure. I mean online handheld + a mic comunicator would make it so insane. being able to talk to people without having to type or anything. I mean I figured the DS would be perfect for communicating with the stylus, or a keyboard on the touch screen but the mic would make it that much sweeter, and leave room for plenty of options for touch screen configurations. let me just say I would be willing to shell out, if I had to, 100-150 bucks just to have PSO on my handheld, online.

I agree. Some have been hinting that PSU will be for the DS. No offical word yet though

I reckon that if there will be a new PSO game for the DS there should also be one for the Revolution, with connectivity between the two.
