Well I had a track meet today and I did bad because of an injury but I had loads of fun with my my sport friends and it was a blast. It was the third time for track I fill up my digi cameras memory card.Although there was that little feeling its not a big deal anymore I just shut it out.Last night was the first time I ever felt like that though it was horrible and itr was like I felt for the first time what wanting to die felt like but im do smart to do that seeing how iv talked 5 ppl out of sucide this year so I would look stupid if I did .I don't really kno how to explain it anymore it was normal small amount for like a year and then just last night *WHAM* I wanted to die.It was so strange and I cant explain it because my day was the same as it usualy was.I cant point out any cause of this current epidemic unfortunitly. But maby if this stay on the front of genral talk long enough someone will find an answer.*Looks out window hoping for a day like that*.*slaps hand for being stupid*

I know this sounds kinda soppy, and any normal dude wouldnt want to do this, but when your depressed, collapsing and crying works.
Its like getting it out of your system.
Or, try one of these:
1) If you have a guitar, thrash it like a bitch. Play, strum, thrash, do anything. It helps!!
2) For non-guitarists, try doing the painful approach: punch the sh*t out of something. Or, if theres someone causing your depression, punch the sh*t out of them.

You never know, this might just help.

it works... but the adrenaline leaving your system means you dont want to do it in a too public place...
i learnt that the hard way (as well as not wearing white boxers when you go swimming :$ )
