E3 2005 is so close, you could smell it! Next weekend, E3 kicks of in the L.A. Convention Centre, but what will be shown in the way of PlayStation goodness?
Will we see PlayStation3? One thing we'll most likely see more of is the Sony PSP as new games come from left right and center towards the console.
In any case, use this thread to post/discuss anything you've seen or heard concerning E3 and Sony consoles!

You're right. I can smell it. Oh, no, wait...it's just my bacon. I'll be right back.
I can't wait to see what PSU news will be revealed, hopefully TONS!

Some of the Info -->
The Cell processor IBM presented at the ISSCC 2005 conference consisted of a general-purpose CPU core with eight additional "synergistic processing elements" (SPEs). Why would a consumer electronics device need so much processing power, you ask? Well, signal processing can require quite a bit of work. Instead of having a specialized chip on board just to process video, you can create software that will be able to use the Cell to, let's say, encode an HDTV-quality recording on the fly while you're playing a game at the same time.

I heard it had good graphics, but Killzone sold terrible over here on PS2, so hopefully this version will appeal a lot more to gamers in the next generation.
