I don't quite know what the color change on the Bhirava is, but it'd probably look better in a blue shade if you're going for an all-blue outfit thing.

The 2 blues on the second row are gotten from either of the Costume#2's, so make a dummy character and steal his starting mag (it's random, so you might need to try 2 or 3 times if you want a specific one of the 2 shades).
Then, any of the colors can be gotten from a Costume#8/9. So, if you want to get the cyan color, you might need to make 18 or more dummy characters to get it - only if you're unlucky though. The bottom 4 colors can
only be gotten by cosutume #8/9.
And if you have no more room on any memory card to make dummy characters to get the mag (you must be playing PSO+, not normal PSO):
1) go to mines, find about 5 or 6 Mags, and DON'T EQUIP THEM!
2) save&quit with 10,000 Meseta on your character
3) start up a game again, but first, go to the "Dressing Room" (it appears when you choose a character on the selection screen that has 10k+ Meseta on him)
4) change your costume to either of the #2's (if you want one of top blues) or change you costume to either of the #8/9 (if you want cyan) - the row doesn't matter
5) start the game, enter a level, have the mags in your inventory
6) equip each mag, one by one
--- if you have a costume #2, then you will get a random assortment of the 2 blue shades, if you didn't the one you want, then reset, if you got the one you want, then save&quit
--- if you have a cosutme#8/9 then you will get a bunch of colors that are just all over the place, if you get a cyan one, save&quit, otherwise, reset and try again until you get cyan.
That happens because in PSO+, the mags found in Mines don't have any colors assigned to them until they are equipped. Then when you equip them, they get the color of the costume of the guy who equipped them.
And damn, you're lucky to have found a lady who will actually play PSO with you.
Too legit to quit.
