I don't believe you have any right to complain. You've got great ATP, DFP, HP, and you're having problems? Or are you just not killing everything in 3-4 hits like all the ubber tweaked/cheating smacktards that you see around you ~_~
I'm a FOmar, lvl.91 using a Double Saber, Vulcans, and Soul Eater... My ATA is 138, 649 HP (wearing 4 Dragon/HP's...), 275 DFP, 656 base ATP, and only 515 MST... not to mention my disk levels are horrid... Yet even I can survive, I made it to mines. Try Challenge mode, it helps you alot.
I'm not saying you shouldn't go find all those items everyone else said, Infact I would too... but I don't think you have a complainable situation >_> Chain Sawd alone on a HUcast is one of the best weapons you can have.

Well as I see all other people on this forums posting they've found a great new special weapon and I'm still with an imperial armor and super resists, I think it sucks

Some get lucky, some are hand-given items from friends in high places, some lie, some trade...
Your items aren't ... sucky, and yes, they're not the super ubber ultimate bestest ever >_> but for lvl.114 you're doing decent. Using the right Section ID and knowing the best possible items your character needs is what helps most people. I would definately look up your ID's drop chart and start hunting down the best possible items you think you need. If item descriptions aren't helpful enough, ask and people with it or know about it will tell from personal experience. Epi4 Items are hard to get pretty good info on still because it beign so new <_< but... someone can help.
Don't rush the game, once your at the top... it gets boring. Imagine reaching lvl.200 then playing just to find items and play with friends... Then (if ever) you get every item you want... Then how much fun can you have? You and your friends beat Ultimate Saint-Million ... and for what? No EXP or desired item for you >_> You see rare enemies and think "z0mg, it could drop *such and such*..." but then it's like " >_> I already have that..."

Another question, do you think I'm able to defeat Dark Falz on Ult. (I'm level 116) I already beated all other bosses (except Dark olga)

I don't know if you can, but there's only one way to find out. Personally, with an andriod I tend to leave Falz a bit later since healing is a pain for andriods, still - go for it.

You'll get a Ruins run in for it anyway...

(And if you've loads of time and are bored, try hunting the Sealed J-Sword... I forget the exact rate, but it's about 1/11000 or so from Ultimate Gi-Gue...)

I did once, I killed Gi Gue like 12 times on ultimate, it takes me 15 minutes to get there, so maybe once, if im very very bored, I'll kill him 100 times in one day, but remember, I must be very very bored
