well any class can equip a Tripolic Shield, that's another reason why they're better in my eyes than the Kasami, i can pass it around to all my chars. Grant it they are difficult to find, once you get one, you're set. Oh, and I wasn't uppity, your post didn't make since to me. Oh and your lottery analogy didn't fit here, it had no relevance lol.
