Then it almost assuredly is not legit. But you can however, get a legit Panther's Tail mag... you just won't get one using that Panther's Spirit.

Probably given to him by an illegit friend there... or online in the n00bie block, if he had access to online there. I'd trash that cell.

if your legit, I would, or I just give it back to your friend, and I have a handy tip for mags, try ntot to delete one, like I did, I'm annoyed, trust me.

Once you get a Rukmin, make the final stats something like 20/110/50/20. Its not the best ranger mag but it'll do for a while. Also, I would ditch just about everything your friend gave you, I read in another topic that he gave you a whole Yasminkov set, a Heavens Punisher and a few other mega-rares. They are most definatly not legit.
