I always found my best pokemon to be rayquaza. It has the right stats to use earthquake very effectively, despite not being an earth monster. It's special attack rates are so high.

I never found out much about the described monster in this thread, odd...

The only reason you can use Rayquaza is because he's a legendary, legendary Pokemon are banned from competitive battling....=\ That means, j00 suck at training bish, now go away....
