Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz - Ninty Revolution!

SEGA of Europe Wrote:Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz For Nintendo's Revolution
New controller revolutionises ways to have fun with Aiai and the Super Monkey Ball gang.

SEGA of America and SEGA Europe today announced Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz, developed by SEGA Studios for the Nintendo Revolution. Aiai and all his friends have rolled their way onto Nintendo's new console, with new mind-blowing puzzle levels and a wealth of new and exciting party games specifically designed to fully exploit the innovative Nintendo Revolution controller. Other titles will have a difficult time matching the multitude of possible variations in game control as presented in Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz.

"The Nintendo Revolution presents a totally unique avenue for our developers to explore the art of game design," commented Matt Woodley, Creative Director of SEGA. "The new controller, in particular, gives the gamer unique control over their monkey's balls as well as over the mind-boggling array of new gameplay styles that are in the game."

The single-player puzzle levels in Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz have been innovatively designed to challenge gamers' skill like never before. For the first time in the Super Monkey Ball franchise, Aiai and his friends will have the ability to jump when players flick the Nintendo Revolution controller in an upward motion. This ability to jump has given game designers another dimension in which to expand the Super Monkey Ball gameplay experience and allows gamers a whole new way to interact with the franchise; this time in true three-dimensional fashion.

The party games, for which the Super Monkey Ball franchise is famous, return with more variety than ever. An abundance of new party games have been creatively designed to take advantage of the Revolution controller in a number of ways. Gamers will find themselves competing in a traditional game of ring toss, or even smacking pesky moles in a game of "Whack-a-Mole". Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz's large library of party games is sure to inspire friendly competition any time, anywhere.

Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz is currently being developed by SEGA Studios.

SEGA's E3 booth will be located in the South Hall, #946, at the Los Angeles Convention

An obvious choice really for the Nintendo Revolution as far as SEGA franchises go - But a fantastic one nonetheless - I can't wait to play some more Monkey Ball madness Big GrinBig GrinBig GrinBig Grin

A nice find there and also sits well with Nights into dreams as well. Go sega, go nintendo. Apparently in an unusal break from tradition Nintendo this year will allow their new hardware in third party booths, this rocks because seeing as ps3 will not be shown(true :O ) spreading revolution love throughout the conference centre can only be more good news. Will Sega be releasing Banana blitz at (us)launch?

LOLZ too troo Lee-Yoshi. ( a nod to your post elsewhere-force feedback in fps's hellmyeah)

I am quite optimistic about Nintendo and what they seem to be doing nowadays, although you would hope they have learnt their lessons from the last two generations(although not failures at all, lack of third party etc. I mean 35 Rev. dev kits went to Rock star :O )

hot dogs?
Anyone caught smoking at Layer Road will be buried in the
centre circle by the forking groundsman, with only their head
showing, and left there during the second half.
Previous threats of electrocution, being made to listen to Will
Young and being hung from the floodlights have
failed to discourage all the smokers.

If Cardiff players had to stand and pay respects to an English national anthem, would they? I don't think so.
But Arsenal players manage to do it.

I dont know what they are up to but it shows that maybe this time Nintendo are at least trying Tongue . I do know for sure it isnt a GTA game though. Goes against Nintendos view of cruelty in games.

I'm for hot dogs too. Pass the ketchup.......
