i already piped a Nar lily just to be killed by its megid breath... I got soooooooooo angry! Once when i used to play the DC version, my console had a little problem of reseting by itself. And there i was at the Vhard mines first room. Killed one Gillchic and bam! ?SPECIAL WEAPON. That time there were no red boxes to tell you that it was a rare... I equipped it and it was a DOUBLE SABER! I got so happy! And bam! The damn console resetted! I remember i cried! But i tried to go to the same place again, praying that i would find it again... and what was my surprise! When i killed the exact same Gillchic it dropped again!! The same weapon! With the same stats and all!! I quitted the game to save as quickly i could, of course! I have this weapon until today!

Nar Lilies don't Megid. I think you meant a Mil Lily. >_>

when you go from the pionner to the fores or caves you are already "piping" so piping isn't a cheat for sure.
you need to buy more mates, you go to the pionner and get back, thats also piping

yeah, but you dont lay a telepipe with the intention of finding a rare enemy, you lay a pipe trying to get some mates from the shop (now you too can be popular! go down to toys 'r' us and get your mates now!

either way a rare criature may apear, either with intencion or not
