Rare Mag?

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this but here we go.

I've been playing PSO ep1 on the game cube and I own 2 sato's. Has reached the 200 rule and the other I can't remember it's level at the second, only has 2 photon blasts and I was wondering was there a way of making it go down a level or is it stuck like this?

Also a few people have said it's a rare ep2 mag and it is very hard and complex to get is that true?

Rare Ep2 mags (Sato, Savitri, Bhima, etc.) do not gain Photon Blasts, so you must make sure you have three PBs before turning your mag into one of those.

There is no way to make a Mag level down, any Mag.

I only realized that the rare mags doesn't have 3 PBs when i made a Diwari and it didn't get the 3rd attack. But i think it was for the best. Diwari is so ugly. I made a Varaha later...

I didn't mean to turn it into a Sato, I just gave it what it wanted and fed it when it wanted feeding.
Some people I know time when they feed their mags, because they said depending when you feed it, adds to what it will turn into as well. Is that true... To me that sounds cruel. (Yes I know they're not real)
Could you give me a guild/link on how to get rare ep1 mags please.

The time does not matter. Only the mag stats, character class, and ID too.
