Help making an optimized HUcast!!!

I'm making a HUcast and I not too familier with them. I was wondering if any of you HUcast experts would be willing to give me a heads up on how to really make one right and Ultimate ready. I want to address the following by the time I decide to invest my time on this bad boy:

Strengths (exploit them as much as possible)
Weaknesses (negate them as much as possible)
Section ID (goes in conjunction with hunting must-have weapons/equip slots)
Must-have Equip Slots (may assist Strengths/Weaknesses)
Must have Weapons (melee and/or range)
Must have Mag stats (not mag type)
Materials (goes in conjunction with Mag stats)

If there are already links that have this info, please be sure to post it up. For the most part, I just want to read what you experts have to say.

For maxing the HUcast just go to the guide section. I believe that they still have that posted. Also for must have armors/weapons, I believe I will leave that to Kefka as he would know much better than me.

I saw the only guide that had the max stats for the HUcast and it required 3 God/Abilities. Three slots on just God/Abilities!!! That is highly unexceptable. Unless I could come across them on normal/hard/vhard, I don't think that is the wises of ways for maxing. And even if I did have them, I would not use up 3 slots, perhaps 2, but not 3. But thanks for the suggestions nonetheless. Now where is Kefka?

I just started a HUcast today and here's what I planned:
Yuan-J22 SKYLY
Optimum Mag: 10/100/90/0
Gave him my hard-earned Hero Abilities and Sato mag for now.
I'd go for high ATA on him since HUcasts already have insanely high ATP.

Indeed.

Strengths = ATP, DFP, HP, stat & trap growth.
Weaknesses = none that is really important.
Section ID = Whitill, Skyly, Viridia.
Must-have Equip Slots = God/Battle is the only must have, I use 3 cure/units.
Must have Weapons = good Dagger/Double Saber/Paired Sword (the one with the most hit%), a good Sword or Partisan, I strongly suggest swords with hit%, a Red Handgun (or Suppressed Gun if your ID cannot find RH).
Must have Mag stats = 5/125/70/0 for a start, you will not change until Lv 170 or so.
Materials = use RicoRoyal, Quo and Chaos_Masta's guide posted already (I think).

Remember one very important thing, you will deal more damage with a weapon that has hit%, so even if another one is more powerful, use the one with the most ATA. A HUcast with 50% hit Cross Scar is more powerful than any other hunter with Lavis Blade, etc.

You Need a good mag that gives S&D tho exampel:Rati
You need Vulcan & a sword (T-J-sword) or Lavis cannon
a good 4 slot armor and a super shield xD
