it isnt too hard to find, i just dont ever look for it.
I only go through ruins sometimes and then i find absolutly nothing.

To answer a question from a while back the ATP with the delsaber combo is 736 if you have max grind on the buster which is +9 w/o any grind it is 718 on gamecube.

i think Whitill is the only ID that can't find the Shield of Delsaber, but i guess it makes up for that with finding Flight Fan

They can find it, I think. It depends on the difficulty. I can only find the Delsaber's buster on normal.
