Dull side is related to blades, twin means it's prolly a double saber class or Twin Sword... I'll get back to you on this one.

look this psycho wand has the same rate as a labis cannon, so that makes that drop an 11 star drop with a 12 wep
But if you look at Purplenum and Bluefull both their 12 star weapons, have an 11 star drop or from a non regular monster I GET THAT! I'm just saying that even though it's a 11 star difficulty you still get a 12 star weapon so it's still a 12 star drop. The PW you get isn't weaker just because you got it easy; and the HP will still do the special 1/2 the time, it doesn't do it only 1/3 if you get it easier; you're just smart if you go for the easy drops! You can't compare droprates and classify them into # of star rankings, the # of stars in the drop is the number of stars the weapon has! (unless it's an armor/item, then it's not appiclable)

I did not understand, if a Redria get a Psycho Wand (1/299.437) it will be 12 stars, cause is almost impossible? And if a Purplenum get it (Mil Lily - 1/215), it will be 11 star, cause is more easy?
And for that Ghost/Spectre, I did say PARASITIC GENE FLOW.
I did say, too, that I saw on pso-world a rumor that a Japanese Oran has got it legitly(the gene). Just that.

If no Matter how you get a Psycho WanD it'll say 12 stars in the Descirption, but! if you get it off the 1/299,473 drop it is technically a sqrt(377.3422) star weapon because it is harDer, but if you get it off a Mil Lilly, it is technically a 7.3273*pi/3 star weapon. NOW, it all Makes sense to me. Don't you get it SangeYasha?
