Those in Charge
#91
I respect all complaints, and respect each others opinion. I guess its because of that reason that i like to stay neutral, and not take part of either sides actions. However, its my duty, and if you do have any queries with regards to the way the forums are run, i will pass on your comments, with consideration for whats most likely the best course of action for the website and its community, on & off the forum.

The crazily-named wise man (rebeldoughnut) has spoken!
Hey, I can still..

Instead of bashing me in the back, Kashima, do you have any proof that I ever flamed, or even disrespected someone since I was made a mod ?

No you don't, because it never happened, stop making things up to make you feel better.
Your interpretation of events is not necessarily the good one; so far, you've only jumped to conclusions without any base for them.

1) Kashima, Sol is a busy man. However, he is responsible for the forums as well. Never think that you cannot PM him for advice or help with matters here. His availability may be questioned, but his reliability may not.

2) Lee-yoshi (mainly directed at Kashima again) is a neutral-type administrator, indeed; one which you do not see very often. A good one, very good. But, I know that no matter what, he would always stand up for the good of this community - that cannot be questioned.

3) Kashima, I find these little things so difficult to explain to you, and any others such as Anti Hacker. You ask what the point of mods is when the admins still have to keep them in check? O_o; Allow me to paint a picture for you. If the moderators (ie. Myself, decs, mr. shoe, Serpent7, Kefka, Ria, etc.) did not exist here, imagine what kind of a forum we'd be posting in. I'll give you a minute to think.

*hmm...what should I have for lunch?*

Oh, hello. As I was saying, the forums would be utter chaos. This thread would not even be visible as it would be covered up by the months and months of spam. What you must come to realise, is that the admins exist to run the forums. The mods exist to enforce the rules, that is, edit posts when needed (BELIEVE IT OR NOT!), close threads when needed, warn members when needed, among many other responsibilities. The admins don't keep them in check, how silly. The reason in which it would seem that the mods need to be watched is because of your silly accusations. Kefka's been a great moderator until now, why would he suddenly become some maniac who edits posts for no reason? So, you ask why mods exist? Simple answer, bear with me: Because they're required.

4) rebeldoughnut is my hero.

Just because he hasn't provided us with a base for his accusations so far doesnt mean he has no base. He may or may not have evidence to support his arguement. Lee I respect your neutral stance also.

i leave for thirty minutes and everyone comes out to play ! Im not bashing you to your back kefka im flat out saying it where everyone can see it all issues with everyone else aside YOU dont know how to talk to people you come off as arrogant superior and mocking at best i can find evidence if it hasnt already been taken away i remember a time when serpent seven and decs followed you around cleaning up vulgar posts you made because you couldnt control your temper and in response to double edge no it doesnt mean total anarchy perhaps more work for the admins but there would still be order im saying if they cant trust staff members to lead by example them why have them at all

Fair comments. However, to put my response bluntly: Staff members can be trusted; hence, they're staff members.

As i have said double edge i can appreciate the position you are in and respect you for it your loyalty to your fellow staff members is to be commended but as you all have your positions i have mine as well. That was the point of this thread and so far no real violations of opening agreements have been made

So, what are you saying now?
