my huney has 200 ata with red handgun and have a 95% chance of hitting a full light havey havey combo

that's right, use a gun like red handgun or use a mechgun (you got to find a good one to defeat the gulgus).

hildtorr do letter from lionel, you get double cannon by combining lavis blade with syncesta. you get lavis blade by combining lavis cannon with syncesta. lavis cannon and syncesta are both stupidly rare.
