I would suggest not spending 100 turns on one chapter because you'd get like 0 bonus Exp.....but yeah, you do it the same way you would as the old games, but when you get back to the base it'll do it. It should tell you which character is compatible with which characters. Some naturally take longer, but I've never had to use that many turns to get one.


Also, got to the chapter with Astrid, got Gatrie, lost Gatrie, oh well. I don't like him anyway.....Shinon, I'll get him, but I don't like him. Rolf is so much better. None of my units have promoted yet, but I have about five that are right on the border line. My Nephenee is a bit weaker than she was in my last playthrough, but the god awful chapter 17 should fix that. Got Jill, and maxed Soren's magic out, right before he promotes too which is cool. Did a few things then had to reset because that Beserker crited my Ike....... He was a bastid.

That's not what I am talking about. I am wondering why the hell even though I keep characters with relationships together for elongated amounts of time they still don't get support when I run back to base.

Because the game hates you? Because you let Oscar die? I don't know....You could always go to the gamefaqs forums and ask there, that's where the gods of the game wait anyway.

I don't like the atmosphere that the idiots on Gamefaqs create on that site. And I never let anyone die, unlike you, my friend. However, I suppose I have no choice in the matter if I want to know. Hm. Frustrating.

It's never done that to me before though. I mean it should work.....but yeah.....Also, I got Stefan, he's pretty cool, and that Vague Katti is a wicked sword....He has ungodly strength, I'm not going to use him yet, seeing as I killed off my Zihark, he'll be a good substitute.

Also, the Fire Emblem forums are one of the intellectual ones. You'll have the kiddies come in every once in while, but otherwise it's mostly older people, they'll treat you right.

Trust me, they're the ones who prefer Guy. They look at stats and chances of getting stat points and otherwise. But back onto the game.....

After I get done with my Normal playthrough, then my Hard playthrough (In which I don't plan on losing anyone, that is to say I won't.) I'm going to start going through my themed playthroughs. Using only certain characters: Blades, axes, spears, mounted units, ect. That gives you a much longer game experience I think. And hopefully, by the time I complete all those the much expected sequel will come out.

Orphen if you're finished with the game I'd like to discuss with you the story.....Especially Soren. If you don't already know his backstory.

I got this at Christmas, and it is indeed an awesome game. Not sure if I like it quite as much as the first GBA one, but they're all great.

Unfortunately I haven't completed it yet, but probably have to wait till mid-march when I'm back home with a TV and Gamecube.

The ones who prefer Guy? I never liked Guy. His stat increases for me were absolutely horrible every time I decided to level him up, and he was weaker than Matthew by the time I got them both to level 20. I decided to can him for all of FE7 eternity.

Well, after I get done with Normal mode, I will probably play on Hard Mode. Sadly I have just recently been caught up with Fire Emblem 8. I don't know what your problem with the units are, Kiwi, I admit in the beginning you get some pretty lame units, but the ones you get around chapter 10 are everything but, they're totally awesome. I think all FE's have their fine balances of awesome characters and...well, not so awesome characters. Honestly I don't care much for Eirika, although I am doing her story now..

Sorry that I can't discuss the story with you, but from rather educated observation, I think I might know what you mean by Soren's backstory, especially when I met Prince Goldoa. It was very interesting indeed. Although, DO NOT tell me. I just finished chapter 18, and now I'm up to 19. By the way, I wonder, how many chapters are there in this installment? I am led to believe that since this is a Gamecube extension, there are like, 50. XD
