i saw some weapons like a gun with a shape of a hand with a poity finger, and when you shoot it make a sound (the sound is someone talking)

That's called a Real Handgun, I think it shouts 'Come On!' when you fire it, not 100% sure of that though.

There's a Twin Real Handgun as well, that is the same but obviously Twin Handguns instead of just one.
