anyone can. just mail lee (i guess, it used to be sol). its like when you join a clan, you get a name change to '*clan abbreviation**name*' or whatever. like teh-ekwee. he used to be teh ekwee, joined shadow council and sol changed his name to SC-teh ekwee. only difference is that now lee changes names.
