When I first bought PSO and played trhough with a FOmarl, I was LV 7 when I beat the dragon. I was so proud of myself because I did it all by myself and the night before my friend and I both tried it at LV 5. We got our butts kicked because we had no idea what to do :S .

level 4 HUmar, who was deleted after a memory card accident, then found. Meh level thirteen aint to great compared to my now level 63 RAmar

but i went through the missions first and was in no real hurry to beat it
