There could be certain codes for every weapon. And if a weapon with the same code is found you will know it is a dupe. Just a theory which has been wondering around in my head. The code would depend on your Serial codes which around found on the back of the manual, with added numbers of the weapon added on the end. Serial codes are unique and no duplicates would be found (hope not anyway).

Supposedly a new type of number comes with your weps and items and cards, a number tht cannot be changed, if the server detects two of the same numbers, its a dupe and the number traces to the dupper, therefore banning him or her.
